- Synthetic grass is sold by the lineal metre (1 lineal metre = 1m x 3.72m)
- Minimum online order is 1 full roll or 5 lineal metres (5m x 3.72m = 18.6m2); then sold in additional 1 lineal metre increments
- To calculate the lineal metre volume you’ll need, simply determine the square metre (m2) area you wish to cover, add 7% to allow for wastage, then divide that figure by 3.72.
Sample calculation: Jen wishes to cover an area measuring 30m2. She adds 7% to allow for wastage (= 2.1m). Her NEW TOTAL is 32.1m2. She divides 32.1 by 3.72 (roll width) and arrives at a figure of 8.6 lineal metres. Jen should round up that figure and select 9 lineal metres below.
